<p>System Analyst Job Purpose: Solves organizational information challenges and facilitates the elicitation and definition of, specific, attainable and testable requirements; supports designing of computer programs; recommending system controls and protocols.<strong></strong></p>
<p>Business System Analyst Role &amp; Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support the elicitation and definition of requirements using but not limited to: interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.</li>
<li>Create, configure, customize and maintain requirements for a single complex or multiple small initiatives using standard tool and supporting methodologies</li>
<li>Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the artifacts as needed (i.e., Business Requirements, Functional requirements, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface Specifications/designs)</li>
<li>Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.</li>
<li>Identify, quantify, and resolve problems and issues with requirements</li>
<li>Possesses the ability to successfully multi-task on one to multiple moderately complex initiatives</li>
<li>Be the liaison between the lines of business, technology teams, testing and production support teams</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, including 5 years of progressive Business Analysis work experience</li>
<li>2-3 years experience working in the Financial Services Industry, preferably within respective LOB assignment (e.g., Deposits, Brokerage, Auto, Card or Mortgage)</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group stakeholders, executives, managers, and subject matter experts</li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent skill set with MS Office productivity tool sets (i.e., MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)</li>
<li>Prior project experiences with requirements &amp; testing tools (e.g., HP Quality Center, RequisitePro, WinRunner or equivalent toolsets, preferred</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to type 45-60 words per minute with accuracy/minimum miscues</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong attention to detail and self motivated</li>
<li>Demonstrate understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle methodology</li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the US English grammar and style</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to act as collaborative team player</li>
<li>Experience/knowledge of Extraction, Transformation, and Load (ETL) – (e.g. Ab Initio preferred, Informatica, DataStage, Microsoft DTS, etc.) is a plus</li>

This role will be responsible for technical design and technical development for the platform. This platform uses Autonomy TeamSite and MediaBin products with Windows 2008 server, Apache Web Servers and Redhat Linux. It serves a very large user base across all client business divisions. Qualified candidates will be required to develop the workflows, templates and can contribute to custom scripts with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. Candidate must have the flexibility to work in both traditional (phased) lifecycle projects as well as agile work teams.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br />
• Project Execution and Solutions Delivery:<br />
o Be the principal performer for to develop code by following technical design and requirements to deliver projects on schedule with superior quality.<br />
o Develop innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide market differentiation, efficiency improvements and better user experience.<br />
o Provide implementation and testing support to internal and external resources and brainstorm and deliver solutions.<br />
o Review and provide feedback on test cases.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Logix Guru requires a developer to create application Extensions and Oracle Workflow objects and associated components related to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.  Experience with these objects related to the OTC and/or OPS process / modules of eBS 12 is optimal.
</p>
<p>Assignments will include the technical design, development and testing of application Extensions objects (including concurrent programs, forms, personalizations) and Oracle Workflow objects.
</p>
<p>Tools / languages to be used include:
</p>
<p>•    JDeveloper
</p>
<p>•    Oracle Application Framework
</p>
<p>•    Oracle Forms
</p>
<p>•    Oracle Workflow Manager
</p>
<p>
 </p>
<p>Familiarity with Oracle Reports and XML Publisher is also beneficial.

<p>Strong knowledge of PL/SQL required.

<p>This position may also require the candidate to work directly with eBS functional specialists or business users to thoroughly understand functional requirements, so that a highly effective technical design documentation and object can be produced.  Expertise in some/all of the Oracle eBS R12 functional modules and responsibility/roles would be beneficial.
</p>
<p>Some off-hours on-call responsibility for high-priority issues will be required, as well as possible interaction in off-hours with remote team members.
